Tea After Gallbladder Removal

I love tea and find myself brewing/drinking 30 to 60 oz a day of black or green tea. I am finally getting my gallbladder removed next week. For those that have had their's removed, how soon were you able to start drinking tea again? A couple of days? A couple of weeks?

Mother's day is coming up and I want to give mom some of my loose leaf blends, but she only does bagged tea. I picked up some cotton and muslin tea bags on Amazon that are said to be reusable. This might be a stupid question, but do I need to wash these before use?

The bags I picked up:
[Linyumuxiang Muslin Bags](https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0F43QVLD3)

[RONYOUNG Cotton Tea Bags](https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CNP5LNW2)

Also, if there are better bags out there, I am welcome to suggestions.
