Between two Costco mattresses, does anyone have experience with them?

I’d like to see if anyone has any experiences or opinions on two mattresses that I’m struggling to decide on. The mattresses are:

Both options would be in queen size and need to be delivered to my home. Costs are $579.99 for the Novaform and $549.99 for the Beautyrest. The biggest difference between the two is memory foam vs spring. For reference, I currently have an ancient memory foam mattress (bought in 2011) that is ~7” and has started to sink in the middle. I do sleep hot in the summer, but that’s mostly an A/C issue. I’m a side sleeper with nobody regularly sleeping in my bed. I’m ordering from Costco because of the return policy and that sweet sweet 2% cash back at the end of the year.
TLDR: which of the two mattresses do you think would be better for me?
