Is there a tool that can convert engineering questions/images into 3D models?

I'm exploring an idea for an engineering 3D visualizer and wanted to understand what's already available.

Are there any applications, engines, or AI systems that can take an engineering question, text description, or 2D image/diagram and generate a viewable 3D model of the concept?

For example, given a question about a mechanical component or mechanism, it could generate the corresponding 3D visualization.

I'm mainly looking for existing tools/technologies to learn from.

Looking for a workmate for a project idea

I have an idea for a card visualizer application and I'm looking for someone interested in working on it with me.

I have the initial idea; we can discuss it together, refine the concept, and plan the implementation from there.

If you're interested in building something together,

Is LeetCode Actually Worth Doing, or Is It Just Coding Duolingo?

Sometimes LeetCode feels a lot like Duolingo for coding—people seem more focused on maintaining streaks than improving real skills.

I know it's useful for DSA and technical interviews, but how much does it help in actual software development?

For those who've used it seriously:

Did it genuinely improve your programming ability?

How useful has it been in your job or projects?

At what point do the benefits start to decline?

Would you recommend spending more time on projects instead?

**Curious to hear different perspectives.**

Must-learn Python libraries?

I've learned Python basics and want to explore the most useful libraries.

What are the must-learn Python libraries for real-world development, and why would you recommend them?

Completed Git & GitHub. Next Steps: Python. Am I on the Right Track for GSoC 2027?

Hello everyone,

I am a first-year AIML engineering student preparing for GSoC 2027, and I am following a structured learning roadmap.

So far, I have completed:

- Git

- GitHub (repositories, branching, pull requests, merge conflicts, etc.)

Next, I plan to:

- Complete Python

- Learn the Python ecosystem ("venv", "pip", "requirements.txt", "pytest", formatting/linting)

- Build a few strong Python projects

- Begin contributing to open source

My roadmap is:

Git → GitHub → Python → Python ecosystem → Projects → Open Source Contributions → GSoC 2027

For those who have participated in GSoC or mentored students:

- Does this roadmap seem appropriate?

- Am I missing anything important before starting to contribute?

- Is Python and its ecosystem sufficient to begin, or should I learn anything else first?

- What is one mistake you wish you had avoided while preparing for GSoC?

I would appreciate any honest feedback. If I am heading in the wrong direction, I would rather know now than months later.

Thank you in advance!
