Brief History:
I own a Chinese Restaurant that has been passed down to me by my aunt, who retired after her husband passed away. The restaurant has been a staple in the community for 30+years, est. 1989 by the original owners, which was passed to my Uncle in 2000. Sadly my uncle passed in 2019. I then helped my aunt run it until she retired in 2021, her children did not want to be there as it reminded them of their father. So I ended up inheriting it with one of my other cousins. We have been running it for the past 4-5years. Our Customer base spans back to all 3-decades, We have had customers who were babies and now are 20-30years of age.
My cousin and I were originally from CA, that is also the reason I have to give up the restaurant. There are various familial matters happening back home in CA, that I can no longer ignore and I have to legally be present for paperwork and other proceedings. I am just looking for someone to take the restaurant off of our hands because I do not want to pay dead rent.

Every since Covid (2020) we have not done dine, only Take-out and Delivery via Doordash and Grubhub. The restaurant is fully operation, so you can have dine-in immediately, which should bump revenue by about 15%-20%. My cousin and I kept it purely takeout and delivery because we were making good money with that alone.

We have 2 averages: Late Spring - End of Summer (Hotter Temps) it tends to slow a bit
Daily averages 600 - 1200 Weekdays
Weekends 800-1300
Early Fall - Spring
800 - 1800 Weekdays
Nov-Jan is the most highest earnings. weekends can reach 2.1k-2.3k in sales
We open on X-mas and New Years. X-mas eve and day 4k-6k alone.
New years about 3k-4k on Eve and Day of.
Monthly Earnings: Ranges from 29k - 41k
Most of the Appliances are brand new. We did a lot of upgrades 1-2yrs prior.
