Switching Schedules RMEO

I’m new to RME, as i got a RMEO position a few weeks ago. I got my new schedule a few days ago, which is night shift, something i wasn’t expecting on doing, but i guess i got to stick it out for now. for anyone who might know, how would i be able to switch my schedule to a morning one? would i be able to do that anytime soon? do we have that option to switching schedules at all?

NEW TO NIGHT SHIFT!!! RMEO

I recently transferred from an amazon associate to a RMEO 3p position at my building. I got my new schedule which is Wed-Fri 9:00pm-7:30am, which is the night shift and i was usually a morning shift with amazon 7:30am-6pm. so now i got to change my sleeping schedule and get used to working at night. Any recommendations or tips on how you guys who work night shift are making things work? Sleep schedule? Running errands? How to stay awake? lol

I NEED HELP!! RMEo at Amazon

Is RMEo at Amazon worth it? I’m currently an Amazon Associate (Blue Badge), and recently I applied for this position at my building. Everything seems simple, not much different than what a AFM already does. The pay isn’t much different, but they say it’s a good start to get your foot into the RME team. So my question is, for anyone who knows about this position or is currently in it, can you describe how everything works and if it’s worth it? I’m trying to know ASAP before I have to quit Amazon and accept the job offer. 🙌

Also, there’s a training before getting to work at the building. I guess it’s a few weeks training at a different city before going back to your building to officially start working. Is everything paid for(hotel/food/travel)? Do you still get paid while at training?
