PSTV Named as Preliminary Addition to Russell Microcap Index

An update regarding the market structure of Plus Therapeutics: the stock has been added to the preliminary list for inclusion in the Russell Microcap Index. This means institutional index funds and ETFs that mirror this index are required to purchase shares of PSTV to match the index allocation before the rebalance goes live on June 26th. This structural inclusion triggers automatic buying pressure, establishes a baseline of institutional holdings, and places PSTV onto algorithmic scanners that track index constituents.

Official Source (PSTV is listed under Health Care Page Four):

What are everyone’s opinions on this. Can someone with more knowledge please add their two cents?

Neuro-oncologist at Hoag Health System publicly recruiting biotech partners for brain tumor trials — Plus Therapeutics already listed as a collaborator

Not sure if anyone saw this, but a couple weeks ago, a neuro-oncologist at Hoag Health System by the name of Simon Khagi, MD, MBA, FACP posted on Linked in that they were named the Inaugural Melinda Hoag Smith Endowed Chair in Neurological Oncology. Buried in the post was a list of their current industry partners — and Plus Therapeutics (PSTV) was on it alongside names like Novocure, Alpha Tau Medical, and Imvax.

The physician is actively calling for more collaborators — both researchers and companies developing novel compounds or devices in the brain tumor space.

A few things worth noting:

•	Hoag touts a fast trial activation process, which is a real differentiator. Slow site activation is a known bottleneck in oncology trials and can delay data significantly
•	The endowed chair comes with philanthropic funding that isn’t dependent on NIH grants — relevant given current federal funding uncertainty
•	The doctor specifically mentions wanting to advance partner technology “at a rapid pace” and has translational research experience to back it up
•	Hoag is one of the busiest neuro-oncology programs in Orange County, meaning meaningful patient access

For Plus Therapeutics, already being named as a partner at a well-resourced, nimble site with a newly endowed and motivated investigator is a quiet positive. Not a near-term catalyst, but the kind of clinical infrastructure that matters when trials need to move.

Not financial advice. DYOD.

Major update approaching?

Have you guys seen this video? I’m curious about what Marc said at the end.

The interviewer asked:

"...anything else last comments you want to say to any, you know, potential partners, investors or life science folks who might be listening today?"

Marc Hedrick responded:

"I'll just close by, you know, if you look at our website, you'll see the version of the company two years ago. So, you know, very soon we'll be doing a major sort of update of that and our messaging and so forth. and it's largely around what we talked about today. So, you're getting a sneak peek of what's coming."
