Best Apartments for older female
Looking for an apartment for my mother who is moving in from out of state in August.
I’ve done a good bit of researching but there’s SO many options and just don’t have the time to physically go check out dozens of places.
Budget is about $1100/mo for a 1/1
Area I’m looking for is around Pflugerville Pkwy down to Wells Branch, Dessau out to Mopac (I know it’s no longer Pflugerville west of 35 but doesn’t necessarily have to be Pflugerville. Just in the vicinity. Fine if it’s a little outside of this area I mentioned as well not deal breaker. South Round Rock or far North Austin could also work)
There’s hundreds of apartments in this area in this budget but it’s just so hard to know. Pictures they post online often look good but when you get there some of these places can be pretty rough looking.
Maybe a fault of mine but reviews are also tough to trust. Most people only post negative reviews of apartment complexes and that’s not always representative, and I feel like most positive ones were given an incentive to post something positive.
So yeah. I know it’s impossible to get “everything” for the budget but just looking for somewhere quiet and safe for an older single lady. Nice pool and such is a plus. Has anyone had any experience with some apartments in the area they can recommend? There’s some wiggle room in the budget but the closer to ~1100 we can stay the more ideal.
