Second scoping counter? Genuine question. (Dealing with second scoping - shower thought)
As someone who second scopes and gets second-scoped other snipers, I have to ask: why not just go for no scopes? As long as you land three no scopes you should win, right? If you never slow down to scope in, then I can't headshot you, yes?
Obviously, it's never that simple. If the sniper is better than me (which most of the time, they are) then they can obviously just headshot me before I second scope them. Better yet, they could headshot me while I go for no scope body shots.
Even if I win by hitting three bodyshots, I've wasted so much time trying to kill one sniper.
Thoughts? I know it sounds silly, because it is. This "tactic" doesn't have a legitimate place in competitive games, no doubt. The idea is amusing to me, at least. Imagine dueling snipers in a pub who only go for body shots, JUST because they don't want to get second scoped. Hell, I'd be the sniper to do that.
