In a more just world, either Grand Duchess Olga or Tatiana could have been a match for the eventual King Edward VIII of the United Kingdom. Of course, it's likely that Elizabeth II still would have become Queen as Edward had no children, and still would have served fifty years on the throne.
What is also interesting is Lord Louis Mountbatten's infatuation with Grand Duchess Maria... could they have been married? Or would it have been seen as morganatic?
