Shit that a lot of people don't realize about powerscaling/ Shit I found annoying in powerscaling

  1. Most people don't know how absurdly fast light is. I have seen people saying that Deku since he is MHS in base, so with Geashift and Fa Jin, he should be relativistic. My guy, even if Deku is Mach 80 (he isn't even half as fast as Mach 80 even with multipliers, but let's assume he is for ease of calculation) Fa Jin and Gearshift would need to be over 8,000x multiplier to be baseline relativistic. Tiers aren't linear folks.

Also, powerscalers like to give out FTL feats more willingly than people giving out candy on Halloween. Did your character dodge a glowing attack? Congratulations, they are now FTL! Though thankfully more people are starting to realize this nowadays. I think it was even worse earlier.

  1. Tiers aren't linear: There is a much larger gap between Island level and Mountain level than Mountain level and the preceding tier, i.e City level, in terms of their size and the approximate energy required to destroy them. That is not always the case, since it can be argued there is a larger gap between City Block level and Town level than between Town and City level. However, generally speaking, tiers are exponential. Actually, the gaps between succeeding tiers are fairly even on an exponential scale (usually around 5-6x higher than the preceding tier), but even the exponential graph increases exponentially once we get past Planetary.

3. Most people who do calcs don't know shit about physics. They just use a couple of formulas from VS Battle Wiki in order to inflate their character. I once had a debate with a Deku wanker who treared the cloud Deku burst in the final battle as inclusive of the entire mass of air in the general area, and also assumed that Deku physically moved the air mass as one would move an object (instead of assuming that the cloud was dispersed due to the creation of a high pressure area). This is not just limited to MHA scalers, a lot of scalers cherrypick the method of performing the calcs which would make their characters look the best, in spite of it not being realistic (and on pointing it out, they would just claim it is fiction and sweep their incorrect calcs under the rug).

4. STOP Dimensional scaling. I don't know anything about dimensional scaling, but I bet nobody who dabbles in that shit doesn't either. It is just a load of bs.

Edit: Sorry, I was talking about characters that are wanked by their fans by shit like "They broke out of a seperaye dimension using a loophole so they are obviously 4D!" I wasn't talking about actual multiversal characters. I should have worded it better, that's on me.

5. You can't chainscale characters by using their feats against a hax character. Let's say that I have a hax which allows me to create a seperate dimension. If a person punches me and I get hurt, it doesn't mean that said person is universal, since my durability doesn't necessarily scale to my hax.

Also, defeating characters who *technically* scale to a certain tier doesn't automatically make one scale to that tier. As in the above example, character who defeated me is not necessary universal, even though I am technically universal. Regigigas also technically scales to continental, but defeating him doesn’t mean you can destroy a continent.

Kinda related, but the definition of scaling to a certain tier is extremely loose, so much so that if someone's attack causes Shockwave throughout the planet, it is enough to scale them to at least multi continental (and often planetary). You know what else made shockwaves across the planet? The Tsar Bomb, and multiple times too at that. Didn't know humanity had developed multi planetary weapons back in the 1960s.

I might have left out a couple, and while my list might not entirely be accurate, it is pretty spot on for the most part imo. If you have done such stuff in the past, then please stop doing ts.

If Europe has started experiencing over 40°C heatwaves frequently, then this planet really is fucked

Team so bad I couldn't even carry them

By the time I got to the frontline, 2 of my teammates had already died without doing any sort of significant damage, and one was already on low health. I had to face the other team in a 3v1. Thankfully I managed to kill all of them with some good smoke positioning, and I thought I could salvage the match, but then a sub sneaked up on me and hit me with a ton of torpedoes. My ship was already damaged, plus I couldn't maneuver out since the torpedoes were fired from low range.

All this happened because the remaining player on my team decided to camp out far from the frontline. Then he proceeded to take on the remaining sub and ship by himself after I died and then promptly died himself.

What ships are the best (across all tiers)?

I know asking which vehicles to buy is banned, but the issue is that there are almost no guides for naval mode. Also, is there any particular ship I should rush or any nation I should focus on?

Why does Tony want to own Rhodey? And what does he mean when he tells Jarvis to 'break (Rhodey) in'? Is Tony racist?

How to get good at tank warfare?

I am currently an aviation main (where I mostly do okay), but want to get into tanks as well. However the problem is that I really suck at tanks. To give you a sense of understanding, I have a higher chance of getting three of my tanks destroyed than having even an assist. That's how bad I am. Some problems I have faced:

  1. I always charge into open ground like an absolute idiot without taking cover. I have tried improving on this, but whenever I try to attack the enemy behind a building or some rock, I die when I try to briefly fire a shot at the enemy. I think this is something I have to work on.

  1. The second and the more important issue, my weapons don't do jackshit to enemy tanks. While I try to aim, a red mark always shows up. Now the simple thing would be to shift my aim, but I always get blasted while trying to do so. I guess this is just a skill issue. However sometimes even if I hit with a green mark, it doesn't destroy the tank completely. What is the reason for that; did my aim accidentally shift or something? On the other hand I always either get one shotted or at least disabled and then one shotted.

What can I do to improve my aim? The side of the tank has obvious weak spots, but what should I aim at when I am facing the front of tanks (which is usually the case)? What is the difference between different tank types (SPG, light, medium, heavy)? What stats should I look out for while buying tanks?
