Not having a great time with the Creality K2 - help on supports

Had the Creality K2 for about a week. So many more issues than with my Bambu A1, including adhesion, plate not level on unboxing, etc. I've been making some lenience and trying new things, but not it's all about supports.

I have a model of a bridge. Prints 1/2 bridge, print 2 for the full thing. It has a flat underside parrallel with the ground at the apex.

I tried Tree supports, I tried grid supports. Neither is good. Tree supports still ended up with unsmooth underside, with stringing that easily pulled off. The grid was not only terrible to remove, but it left so much junk on the underside and loose stringing.

I could REALLY use some help. I am using Soleyn Ultra PLA and the following settings (only listing ones I selected, everything else was left at factory defaults:

Type: Tree (auto)
Style: Tree Slim + Hybrid
Threshold angle: 30
On Build Place Only - Check
Support critical regions only - Check
remove small overhangs - Check

Type: Normal (auto)
Style: Grid
Threshold: 30
On Build Plate Only - Check
Remove small overhangs - Check

Brand new K2 and the plate is tilted and scraping

EDIT/UPDATE: I found a video about manually moving the Z offset. I put a couple Talenti containers (no lids) under the plate on either side and lowered it with the power off. Left side was really off. I lifted the plate, loosened the tensioner on the floor of the unit, took the talenti containters out and pushed it down flat, then lifted it again and put on on top of the containers (would be easier with two people). Tried to get all four springs loosened about to the half-way point. Tightened the tensioner again. Did another mesh, and it didn't scrape, but still needed adjustment. Fiddled with it a few times, now it's only off by a range of about 0.6-ish.

Just got a K2 in the mail and set it up. While it was starting I could see the left side of the plate was higher than the right side. I did the bed leveling and the nozzle scrapped against the plate on the left side every time it moved.

I loosened the screws on the right side trying to level it a little and re-ran the bed level. The first mesh is after doing that.

Next I tried to tighten the screws on the left side as much as possible. I did it on both front and back and they tightened all the way down. Ran the auto level again and got the second mesh.

It is still scraping the build plate on the left side, MAYBE a little less ,but I can't tighten the screws any more. What should I do?
