Hey folks!

As part of my job I'm having to work with a data file listing Perth's suburbs. For reasons beyond my control and because the world is rapidly turning into a cesspool this file was generated by AI and as such I've had to spend several hours correcting various obvious stupidities in it (Cottesloe is in the Southern Suburbs? OK!).

The one issue I've got left is the supposed existence of a developing suburb in the City of Swan named "Valley Ridge". I've been unable to discover any reference to this online except for in AI generated bullshit content intended to suck in search engines. So my question is this - has anyone actually ever heard of Valley Ridge, or is it just an AI hallucination? And if the damn place does actually exist, roughly where is it?
