Ultra Instinct Goku vs Jiren still feels like the peak of Dragon Ball hype 🔥

I just was revisiting Dragon Ball and Goku vs Jiren literally is peak DBZ for me not just because of ultra instinct but how he got to that the whole journey and then the finale his fight with Jiren were phenomenal.

Ultra Instinct wasn’t just another transformation… it felt like the moment Goku truly entered the realm of the Gods.

The entire fight against Jiren was peak Dragon Ball for me. Jiren was overwhelming everyone without even trying, and then Goku unlocked something completely different from raw power. The calm expression, the silver aura, the effortless movements — it felt unreal watching it for the first time.

What made Ultra Instinct special was that it didn’t feel like rage or anger boosting Goku again. It felt like he had reached a higher state entirely, where his body moved on instinct alone. Even the Gods were shocked watching him fight.

And that final clash with Jiren? Still one of the most hype moments in anime history. The animation, music, aura, everything was perfect.

Dragon Ball has had legendary transformations before, but Ultra Instinct genuinely felt historic. 🔥

The bond between Monkey D. Luffy and Otama is what made the Wano arc feel personal.

What made the One Piece Wano arc so powerful wasn’t just the fights, power-ups, or animation.

It was Otama.

A little girl surviving on barely any food, smiling through suffering, and still believing samurai would save Wano someday. The moment Luffy found out she’d been drinking poisoned water and starving for days, the entire tone changed.

That’s when it stopped being “another island.”

For Luffy, it became personal.

The way he got angry for her… the way he promised she’d eat as much as she wants after Kaido falls… that felt exactly like classic One Piece. Freedom isn’t just defeating villains. It’s giving people the ability to laugh, eat, and live without fear.

Otama represents the people of Wano better than any speech ever could.

And honestly?

Luffy punching Kaido hit harder because of that emotional connection.

Wano wasn’t carried by fights alone.

It was carried by moments like these.

Anime moments that completely changed the vibe of a series

Some anime scenes don’t just shock you… they permanently change the feeling of the entire story.

For me:

  1. Ace’s death in One Piece

  2. L’s death in Death Note

  3. Eren’s reveal in Attack on Titan

After those moments, the anime never felt the same again.

What moment changed an anime forever for you?

3 anime that start average… but become absolutely insane later 🔥

  1. Steins;Gate

Slow beginning for some people, then suddenly turns into one of the best psychological thrillers ever.

  1. Hunter × Hunter

Looks like a basic shonen at first. Then the Chimera Ant arc changes everything.

  1. Re:Zero − Starting Life in Another World

Starts like another isekai. Then the suffering begins.

What anime took time to hook you but ended up becoming peak?

Which anime character had the saddest backstory… but still didn’t become evil?

Some anime characters go through unimaginable pain and still choose to protect people instead of becoming monsters.

That’s what makes them unforgettable.

Characters like:

Itachi Uchiha

Ken Kaneki

Thorfinn

had every reason to break completely… but didn’t.

Who’s your pick?

And which anime character’s backstory hit you the hardest emotionally? 👀

You can only keep ONE anime from every category forever 👀

- Best Story?

- Best Fights?

- Best Main Character?

- Most Overrated?

- Anime that emotionally destroyed you?

- Anime you’ll defend no matter what?

Mine:

Story → Attack on Titan

Fights → One Piece

MC → Lelouch

Overrated → Rent-a-Girlfriend

Emotional Damage → Your Lie in April

Defend Forever → Hunter x Hunter

Now your turn. No judging.
