Anyone able to parse this call out?

Like the title asks, anyone able to parse the call out for a counterbored hole? What's the counterbore diameter? Counterbore depth? Pilot hole diameter.

I read this originally as .749 for the counterbore. But that can't be true because 13/16-20UNCEEF-3B is a wider diameter (13/16)

Anyone who could break this down for me, I would be eternally grateful

Worm Gear problem

I am trying solve the problem given in the video (find the axial load on the worm):

It might help if you watch the quick 3 minute video first.

The author of the video solves for tangential load on the worm using power/torque relation, and then uses the equation for axial load (Wt) to get the total load on the worm (W). He then uses W to get the axial load on the worm (Wa). ( This will all make sense if you watch the video).

His answer is Wa_worm=5119 N

The picture is my solution. I solved directly for the tangential load (Wt) on the worm gear, in order to get the axial load(Wa) on the worm.

1.) I calculated the efficiency using lambda, friction factor 'f' and phi.

2.)I then multiplied the efficiency by the power of the worm to get the power going to the worm gear.

3.)I then divided the power by the rotational speed to get the torque.

4.) I then divided the torque by the radius of the worm gear to get the Tangential load on the worm gear, which is the same as the axial load on the worm

I am getting 5137 N for the Tangential load on the worm gear and thus the axial load on the worm.
5137 N =/=5119 N

The only thing I can think of is I am getting the radius of the worm gear wrong. I am using the Pitch of the worm=distance between teeth of worm gear=Pi*d_G/N_G, then I solve for d_G the diameter and get the radius of the worm gear d_G/2. However the author does this very same thing in this video at 11:54

Leaky hose fitting

I have a leaky connection and no clue how to fix it. The threads from the hose fitting are fully engaged to the spigot threads. I can post pictures of the male and female threads, but they look good, no deformities. Any help is appreciated.
