First time playing through the game, and I'll admit I got "a little" salty seeing several NPCs getting high level Digimon before me (Black WarGreymon, Omnimon, etc.) and maaaaay have spent too much time leveling, evolving, and more... So, would this be considered over leveled Chapter 13?

First time playing through the game, and I'll admit I got "a little" salty seeing several NPCs getting high level Digimon before me (Black WarGreymon, Omnimon, etc.) and maaaaay have spent too much time leveling, evolving, and more... So, would this be considered over leveled Chapter 13?

There is also an Omnimon, Omnimon Zwart, and Minervamon at around Level 50-60 in my bank
