Not sure if it's related to the Windows Update or a coincidence but I installed the latest windows update earlier today (2026-08 .NET Framework Security Update (KB5120708) + 2026-08 Security Update (KB5121003) (26200.9168)) and now things like chrome signed me out of everything, the icon doesn't load, tons of app icon's won't load, and things like Gaming Services files are 'missing' and I can't do things like screenshot/snip because I get an error. I ran /sfc scannow and other troubleshooting steps but nothing worked, so I'm going to reinstall Windows now. Thought I'd share this in case anyone is getting the same issues, I get there's probably a fix I can do but I'd rather reinstall Windows as it'd feel fresh anyways.

Hey, I'm building an electric skateboard for personal use and the last part I need is the battery but most trusted places either don't shop to Oman or have them retail prices (over $5 USD on each)

I was looking for a 10S5P Battery with Samsung 30Q cells or similar however I couldn't find a single place to get one for the life of me, so I decided to try and get individual cells instead (50 of them)

I need genuine high quality cells as the skateboard will almost constantly consume thousands of Watts and I don't want it to slow down/die or even damage itself midway.

I've also tried alibaba, but most of those look like fake clones and I don't want to risk that, and aliexpress and similar places where I can find batteries have these random Chinese brands I'm not risking either.

Does anyone know a reputable battery manufacturer I can ask to build a battery with high quality cells are something like that? Or somewhere I can get cheap genuine cells in bulk (50 pieces)

Anything like good quality 18650 batteries (Molicel P30B, Samsung 30Q, etc.) or even 21700 batties (Samsung 30T, etc.) work

Any advice or direction will be appreciated

Can anyone recommend local shops (Muscat) to purchase filament spools instead of paying high shipping prices online
