Been searching for a whopping 2 whole minutes to find his guy. It HAS to be him.

I mean, that's obviously what he looks like.

This S.TXE! An EXE I came up with! (This is for you, Substantial-Ant-7002!)

His lore is that he's basically a chat bot in a cancelled classic Sonic collection game that became sentient. After his last test chat with this creator, he started to grow a hatred towards humanity. But since he's in the game, he can't hurt anyone outside of it. So instead, he made all of the NPCs sentient as well. Just like many other stories, they get eternally tortured in his never-ending games...

Facts!

1. He was made to adapt and evolve when being talked to, so he knows what to say next in a conversation.
2. The sonic vessel he possessed can't fully handle all of the code inside the AI, so some code is completely flowing out, and there's visible tears on the vessel.
3. He does have a mouth. I just forgor to draw what it looks like when he opens it.
4. NO HE'S NOT CRACKABLE! He's literally stuck inside a computer, and is made entirely of code, so there's no way to crack him. And he will set your 20,000$ PC on fire for thinking that.
