Mexico Away (Player Version) by CKKVV

I just received my Mexico away jersey that I ordered from CKKVV.

Before ordering, I specifically asked the seller about the printing quality of the player name and number. I’ve had jerseys in the past where the lettering came off after wearing them just once, so it was really important to me to be assured that their quality is great. CKKVV told me the quality would be top-tier, and he absolutely delivered. The printing quality is honestly one of the best I've received in the past few years.

The badge placement and overall alignment are spot on as well.

As always, due to the smaller and more athletic fit, I went one size up.

The whole process from placing the order to delivery took just 14 days (even though all of the shops are running on high demand due to the WC), which is pretty fast for international shipping.

10/10 for customer service (whatsapp), delivery speed and quality - will order from CKKVV again in the future.

Google Pixel Watch 4 - EU Customer Service Disaster

I wanted to share my experience with Google's support because at this point I'm beyond frustrated.

About 2 months ago, I bought a Google Pixel Watch 4 (45mm BT). Not long after getting it, the watch developed a software issue where it would constantly restart itself (well known, found various examples of that boot-loop on google/reddit). I contacted Google Support expecting a straightforward warranty process.

Instead, getting approval to send the watch in for repair/replacement turned into a marathon of phone calls and emails. Every step seemed to require another conversation, another explanation, and more waiting.

After finally getting the watch sent to their repair center, I was informed that they would be sending me a refurbished replacement. Honestly, that already felt disappointing considering I had owned the watch for only about 2 months.

Then things got even worse.

Google somehow shipped the replacement to an address I haven't used in 8 years even though they asked about my current address in an E-Mail just before they sent it out. What's especially frustrating is that they had no problem shipping the original watch to my current address just 2 months earlier. They also successfully shipped my Pixel 10 Pro to the same correct address. So the correct address was clearly on file and had been used recently.

Now I'm stuck waiting while Google tries to fix a mistake that was entirely on their side. I still don't have a watch, and it's been almost 3 weeks since I sent mine in.

To be clear, the individual support agents I've spoken with have generally been polite, and I've told several of them that I don't blame them personally. My issue is with Google's overall support and logistics process. The experience has been slow, disorganized, and incredibly frustrating from start to finish.

At this point, a simple warranty claim for a 2-month-old device has turned into weeks of hassle, countless emails and calls, a refurbished replacement offer, and a shipping error that has left me without a watch for nearly a month.

I straight up told the last customer support worker that I don't even want my watch back - at this point I'd rather have my money back and buy a watch from a different brand.

Has anyone else in Europe had experiences like this with Google Support? Because right now, this whole situation has seriously damaged my confidence in buying Google hardware in the future.

Germany [Home] + Japan [Home/Away] from PPLOO

Got all three in the player version, and the difference in the performance material compared to the regular fan version is impressive . Due to the athletic fit on the player versions, I'd recommend going one size up, which worked perfect for me. Badge placement, printing, and alignment are all perfect.

PPLOO quality is always spot on and their service is a 10/10 (Whatsapp). The entire process from ordering to delivery took 11 days, which is quite fast for an international shipment.

Can definitely recommend and will order from PPLOO again.
