It's like the devs haven't decided when to EZA WWDC units...
It's been established by this point that anniversary units EZA 3 years after they release. But Worldwide (and eventually GDC) units don't really have a fixed, reliable time to release.
Looking at the past Dokkan timeline, you'll see what I mean:
2nd Worldwide units (TUR Transforming Goku & Freeza) got their JPN EZA in August 2021
1st Worldwide units (TUR TEQ SSJ4 Gogeta + TUR PHY Omega) got their JPN EZA in February 2022 (during an anniversary)
3rd Worldwide units (LR AGL Gohan & LR INT Cell) got their JPN EZA in January 2023
4th Worldwide units (STR Vegito & PHY Buuhan) got their JPN EZA in April 2024
5th Worldwide units (LR SSJ Namek Goku & AGL FP Freeza) got their EZA in February 2025 (during an anniversary)
We're almost halfway through 2026 and the 6th Worldwide units (LR Cooler batch) still haven't got their EZA. Heck, even if they EZA'd tomorrow, this inconsistent release schedule would still hold.

Based on this alt art fiasco, how long until they start selling us old reverse exchange units that start as the opposite character 😂
So a R.E. Goku Blue and Vegeta Blue, but it starts out as a Vegeta Blue, (and therefore makes a perfect partner to the current STR LR we have that starts out as Goku Blue).
And a R.E. Rose and Zamasu, but it starts out as Zamasu, (and therefore makes a perfect partner to the current STR LR that starts out as Rose)
