Questions for the Veterans (I'm a noob but need help!)

So, I normally don't drink or sip or anything, I used to mess with xans and I used to mess with pills n syrup way back in the day (around 2011) when they were actually legit and not everything was fake. Anyways, I had a buddy tell me he got a 'hookup on drank', sayin he knew an old lady who had real bad pneumonia or some lung infection, and was gettin 8oz scripts, but then said her condition was getting worse and that she was now getting full pint scripts with the script label being right on the pint bottle itself... this was a red flag for me because I didn't think that was even allowed? I thought the pharmacy HAD to put it into the amber bottles even if it was a full pint? And her 8oz scripts are cvs, and says "MFG: QUAGEN", I thought they had to have the full 'Quagen Pharmaceuticals' or whatever the full company name is? Sorry for the rant, but, can someone school me on what exactly a real prescription label should look like as far as brands and which pharmacies even carry them?

He won't listen to me because "Bro you aint kno shh" is the only reply I get, and if his stuff is real, good on him, but I don't want dude sippin some fake shh and dyin fr so if he can see some other people spittin game, maybe he'll listen.
