I think I took the Pregnancy challenge way too serious .

Support tasks are done and dusted .

Still two days to go on the daily goals which worries me a little bit but I think Mary Abernathy is going to be quite a healthy Sim .

Who would have known that the Abernathys would become my main family 😋

Grinds my gears Part IV

Hey, Mr. Lot Designer!

Explain to me what the absolute fudge (keeping it family friendly here) did you made a lot called COMMERCIAL LOT which is absolutely well thought with a boardwalk and a parking lot, unusable by the way and decided to add a parallel parking on the front or side of the lot depending how you see it cause THE PARKING LOT IS SUPPOSED TO BE THE FRONT OF THE LOT.

But what really grinds my gears is THE PATCH OF GRASS THAT IS LEFT BETWEEN THE UNUSABLE COSMETIC PARKING LOT AND THE BUILDABLE GRID!

anyway, just another part of grinds my gears .

have a pleasant night and we see each other on the next one.

Lucy is happy with her new furry friend

Lucy is our artist in the house, she has moved from Rocky Heights at an early age where her father is a contractor and her mother does pottery in her small atelier and shop by their house.

Since she moved into Hong Hua, she felt a little out of place due to being the only teenager in the complex but she is no longer lonely since today she got a surprise in the mail!

A new furry friend has arrived to be by her side while she draws and works from her own atelier!

Shady activities in Hong Hua Apartments .

Something is brewing in apartment 3D, dwellers whisper of Triad activities while others speak of Secret Police surveillance.

One question still remains... what's cooking in 3D ?

The Hong Hua Plaza.

Welcome to the Hong Hua Plaza!

Built in the heart of Downtown SimTown, the Hong Hua Plaza is an ambitious and thriving real estate project.

Here you can find the Levi's General Clothing Store, for all your clothing needs!

Would you like to sip a mug of coffee that tastes like motor oil? Then come to Suzuka Coffee & Racing, for those lovers of coffee and racing!

Would you like to take your date for a fancy dinner but don't know the hot spot for a fancy dinner? Then look no more! We've got Fancino's, all the mamma mia you can eat!

Maybe you would rather watch the latest movie of the superheroes? Then our cinema theater is waiting for you with soda and popcorn!

Are you one of those pointy nose snobs who like to talk about books from authors who probably died from a common cold? Then The Dusty Tome bookstore is what you need!

Are you in need of a can of chips or maybe some sugar rush? Then the 24/7 Galaxy Drugstore has everything you need and more! Did I already tell you about the fact that they are open 24 hours, 7 days a week? AND WITH JUST ONE EMPLOYEE ALL DAY LONG!

Meanwhile, inside the actual building you can find the Tsushima Sushi Bar on the third level of the complex... you can sip your matcha, try the barely fresh sushi from our sushi woman or simply take a seat and just stare what's in front of you!

We already have our first tenants and our first natural causes eviction!

Sadly, due to a miscalculation of our architect... the fourth and the fifth floors are closed for the moment

We hope to be able to invite you to have a drink on our skybar or maybe take a look at our bigger and larger residential units soon.

Would you like to know more about this project?

How do I upload my AH houses ?

What are the requirements to upload an AH house or at least submit it .

I don't recall the requirements, I know I uploaded one of mine back in the early days of this experience .

I don't recall if you needed a max level in the real estate career or something else?

Sim Springs Library

Well, last night I decided to do my own take of the Sim Springs Library...

I went for a floorplan of a Church, since it could be seen as a place of wisdom for some but decided to adapt it for a library.

It has an entryway, a vault with study tables and racks of books, a backroom and a second floor with booths, a small lounge room and an office .

The outside is lacking due but thinking about improving it as time goes on .

Hope you'll like it .

What did you built on the extra large lots ?

Well, I'm currently holding between events until I start the final neighborhood of Breezy Field but the theme for me was around japanese mountain retreats, the issue is that the extra large lot is quite extra large .

I was thinking on working with the Zen Castle template and giving it a few tweaks into making it more like an open market with a road leading to the actual castle.

Some kind of tourist attraction, but I also want to know what did you do with yours ?

I also worked on floorplans to recreate some sort of AoE2 east Asian styled buildings like stables, barracks and even archery range .

The Red Refuge townhouse .

Hey, guys!

I'm not actually new here but decided to make a dedicated account to share my lots with you and feed on your feedback.

The Red Refuge townhouse, do any of you remember the Red Refuge from Twinbrook on The Sims 3: Ambitions?

Well, I took the floorplan and decided to do some toying with it...

The first pictures are of the outside... since the lot is supposed to be a townhouse, I just scooched in an alleyway by the side and and dumpster in that alleyway cause there wasn't much of it to work around, the building has lamps for the sidewalk and the alleyway.

The third picture is the basement, which I made it into a gym's shower room with public toiletry.

The fourth and fifth pictures is the entryway to the townhouse and the gym's main room... most of the furniture comes from the latest SimChase, of course. Wanted to diverge from the pub from The Sims 3: Ambitions and decided to go into a gym.

The sixth and seventh pictures are from the lower floor of the townhouse, I was able to fit about two small apartments and an office with a second level. Also I put a small balcony for smokers or lounging chairs.

The eight and ninth picture is from the townhouse top level, also again I fitted two apartments and the second level from the office which happened to be an actual apartment of a single room with a bathroom.

Most of the furniture has been scavenge from several lots but other's have come from the latests events from this finishing update, and it would looked so much maybe on Hanamachi lot than this regular lot but I wasn't able to unlock it but anyways... tell me your thoughts, you can also leave me questions about it.
