Similar to THUG Pro, imagine Manhunt Online.

A community mod where you can customize your PlayerModel using any compatible .txd and .dff files, along with your username.

You can choose default Cash costumes or just Cash if you don't wanna add a custom model.

Once that's done, you can enter player lobbies with different game modes.

- Hunt Season: Several players are hunters, and only one is the hunted. The hunted must reach the end of the level without being killed. Hunters can track when the hunted has passed certain zones, while the hunted must survive. Hunters can respawn, but the hunted cannot.

- Brawl Game: 4-8 players. A map modified to be a single enclosed area (similar to how Brawl Game is a cut-down version of Born Again). It's free-for-all; the last one standing wins.

- Custody Race: Each player has an escort (like in Drunk Driving or Press Coverage). The goal is to be the first to get your escort to the finish line.

- Shooting Arena: Similar to Brawl Game, except now everyone has guns.

- Piggsy Juggernaut

One person controls Piggsy; everyone else has to kill him. There are no respawns. If Piggsy kills everyone, it's Game Over.

- Co-op

You and a friend will play any level of Manhunt you want. If one dies, the other can continue. The goal is for at least one of you to reach the end.

The shadow mechanic would be reworked. When you enter one, you'll become 100% invisible to everyone, 50% invisible if you walk, 75% if you walk slowly, and 0% invisible if you leave or run.

Those are all the game modes I can think of, but of course, there could be more.

It wouldn't have to maintain the horror of Manhunt; it would be all about the Shits and Giggles. In my opinion, it would be incredibly fun and one of the best mods for the game.
