I got a 3 month prepaid subscription as a gift for my mom in Dec/Jan. Auto renew is OFF. I am not being charged again. However she has now received her 5th box. When I look at order history, it only shows the past three months (looks like Jan, Feb have disappeared). The message on the my subscriptions page is "Your subscription has been canceled". Is anyone else dealing with something similar? I was hesitant to reach out to customer service in case they charged me again for the mistakenly sent boxes. I've never worked with Birch box before this.
