Hate-panned this absolute grease bomb 💣😵 but at least it taught me the power of blotting!

Product: La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Baume B5+ SPF 50

I used this thoroughly almost every day until it was bone dry, but it was not a favorite. It left too greasy of a feeling and I suspect it triggered minor breakouts 🤔.

Used it under makeup by letting it sit a bit first, then gently blotting off the excess oil with a tissue paper before primer and everything else. My hatred of it is what made me discover this blotting trick. It held up a lot better through the day than it had before! Definitely plan to keep using it on sunscreens with a similqr finish. I know it might minutely impact protection but I am being very careful (even using a uv sunscreen camera to check application and layer even-ness) and really doing the most with the sunscreens I have.

Like most skincare products I own I didn't purchase this *(therefore, neither would I recommend it to other oily skin girlies)*, but I try to use up every single drop! Because despite paying 0$ for it, it still has a value and a purpose, and I treasure every aspect of it!
