Are behaviours always rated (at interview) on a scale of 1-7?

I know strengths are 1-4, but are behaviours (and experience) always 1-7?

Thanks in advance

If you were creating fictional SpAds or PPSs, what names would you use?

Watching a TV show at the moment with some SpAds and it made me think I'd immediately be using Josh and Olivia.

The most civil servicey phrase/piece of jargon?

I remember being loaned a Guide to CS Mandarin,.when I first started, written by some absolute wag, and thinking it was an exaggeration. It was not.

But for me the one that stands out is "Grateful for". I've never seen that used anywhere other than the CS (and it would have been unthinkable to have heard it in some of my previous roles in the private sector. As in, laughable 😁.)

E.g. "Grateful for your thoughts on the below" to mean "I cannot overstate how much this should not be my problem and when I say I'd be grateful for your help I mean this is 100% an issue that I believe you should solve".

What other terms immediately mark someone out as CS for you?
