Slowking: why aren't people running Regigigas?

I'm trying to decide on what deck to build out to try and get somewhat competitive. I'm leaning towards Slowking and looking through deck lists on LimitlessTCG and play.LimitlessTCG. I'm not seeing Regigigas PRE 086 in any lists, but this card can OHKO Dragapult, along with most other Tera mons out there.

For the Slowking players out there, why isn't this a common card for this deck?

Attack details:

Jewel Breaker: 100 [cost is 4 colorless]

If your opponent's Active Pokémon is a Tera Pokémon, this attack does 230 more damage.

Casino deck ideas?

I like the idea of a casino deck that relies on chance and coin flips. I know that there's a couple pokemon that lend to this pretty well:

Cinccino ex

Team Rocket's Kangaskhan ex

Etc.

Are there any casino decks that you're running and find fun or even win a fair amount?

Thanks in advance!

Help understanding Juho's TR Mewtwo deck

I enjoy playing the TR Mewtwo, but it's not doing all that great in the current meta. I'm super excited that Juho got 7th at NAIC with this deck! I'm having a terrible time finding them play on the stream videos (no time stamps anywhere). If one of y'all watched Juho play, can you help me understand his build, especially the Prism Towers?

Thanks!

Here's the deck list for reference:

Pokémon: 15

4 Team Rocket's Tarountula DRI 19

4 Team Rocket's Spidops DRI 20

2 Team Rocket's Mewtwo ex DRI 81

2 Team Rocket's Mimikyu DRI 87

2 Team Rocket's Articuno DRI 51

1 Lillie's Clefairy ex JTG 56

Trainer: 34

4 Lillie's Determination MEG 119

4 Team Rocket's Ariana DRI 171

3 Team Rocket's Giovanni DRI 174

2 Team Rocket's Proton DRI 177

1 Team Rocket's Petrel DRI 176

4 Team Rocket's Transceiver DRI 178

4 Ultra Ball MEG 131

3 Night Stretcher ASC 196

2 Bug Catching Set TWM 143

1 Energy Switch MEG 115

2 Lucky Helmet TWM 158

1 Maximum Belt TEF 154

2 Prism Tower CRI 80

1 Team Rocket's Factory DRI 173

Energy: 11

6 Grass Energy MEE 1

4 Team Rocket's Energy DRI 182

1 Psychic Energy MEE 5

EDIT: It came in 7th, not 6th at NAIC.

Good At Home Deck to Go Against TR Mewtwo

I just taught my wife how to play via the Delphox and Ampharos Chaos Rising Build and Battle 40-card decks. It went really well, but after 3 rounds of that, she's already up for playing with a full 60-card deck.

I've picked up the Team Rocket's Mewtwo ex League Battle deck. I've made some minor improvements to the TR Mewtwo deck, but not a ton.

Here's my question: what's a good deck to get that's simi-meta-relevant but a pretty fair matchup with TR Mewtwo? I'd like to build a second deck that can do okay at my local league but mostly be a fun/fair matchup to my current deck.

EDIT: Spacing/formatting

What is a "___ box" deck?

I'm new to playing in person, and I'm really enjoying learning about the meta and watching how well decks do on Limitless TCG, etc. But I've got a question about a whole category of decks.

I've seen people talk about decks named things like "Eevee Box", "Slop Box", that kind of thing. What makes a deck a "box" deck?

Please Help Me Understand Attacks that Use Another Pokemon's Attack

There a rise in Slowking and I'm wanting to better understand how the dynamics and rules of "use another Pokemon's attack as this attack" works. I'm also seeing this kind of thing on other cards like Team Rocket's Persian ex. I'm running a TR Mewtwo ex deck and I like the idea of running the TR Persian ex line. So if these cars work differently, I'd like to know how they're different, etc.

How do energy requirements work, e.g. if the attack needs 2 fighting energy?

What happens if the attack says "this pokemon can't use this attack on its next turn"? Does that apply to Slowking/TR Persian ex?

Here's the Slowking attack:

[P] [C] Seek Inspiration

Discard the top card of your deck, and if that card is a Pokémon that doesn't have a Rule Box, choose 1 of its attacks and use it as this attack. (Pokémon ex, Pokémon V, etc. have Rule Boxes.)

Here's the TR Persian ex attack:

[C] [C] Haughty Order

Reveal the top 10 cards of your opponent's deck. You may choose an attack from a Pokémon you find there and use it as this attack. Shuffle the revealed cards into your opponent's deck.

P.S. I'm not finding a resource that shows rulings for this kind of thing, if you can point me to a site where I can review rulings, I'd super appreciate it!

EDIT: clarified that I'm wanting to add a TR Persian ex line to my TR Mewtwo ex deck.
