"The Void is a Mirror" is the first single from my debut full length solo album coming out this summer. This 7 minute trip is an emotional ride that was born from the feelings of emptiness and loneliness in which I was lost during a recent existential crisis but as always, music is my salvation. I started recording this song from the main analog synth melody that was created as a mantra that evolves every second, slowly I start to add more instruments gradually as the song was asking me to. During 5 days I felt possessed to finish this song and soon I began to realize that this became a catharsis, going from the initial nostalgic intention of the song to a explosive release of liberation with an intense musical crescendo. Suddenly when the song was almost finished I felt complete again as I'm convinced music is my purpose in life. I would like to share this special experience with you so put your headphones on and enjoy this journey.
