Anyone seen this fella before?
I know it was in TD1 but I’ve never seen it on the list till just now. Is this available or this one of those things that’ll release later?

Nothing is known of The Contact. No name, family, past, or associates besides being formerly involved with The Hunter Program and Calvin McManus. The Contact is currently a rogue element, jokingly dubbed an “Anti-Hunter” from SHD agents who have witnessed his work. He specializes in hunting Hunters, White Tusk, and other enemies normal Division agents would struggle against. The Contact was given his name based on his ability to hone in on SHD distress calls and backup requests with inhuman speed, making sure the agent is healthy and able to complete their task, and then disappearing just as fast. He wears a specialized ballistic mask that make his eyes glow red, although many believe that this serves no other purpose than intimidation. The Contact isn’t stationed anywhere nor does he answer to anyone, he simply appears where he is needed and moves on.
Devon Johnston is a pyrotechnic specialist within the SHD, specializing in supply disruption and sabotage. Aside from his staggering height at 6’6 and his love for jokes, Devon is a lonely man who finds embrace in the fires he creates. Before the Green Poison outbreak, Devon was a CIA operative adept at bomb defusing and clandestine infiltrations with intent to sabotage power plants, supply depots, and logistic hubs. Devon is a second wave agent, and is currently stationed in Washington D.C. leading a team of like-minded pyrotechnic specialists. He and his team are primarily focused on destroying Outcast infrastructure.
Riley “Knife” Carter was a senior BTSU member picked personally by Bardon Schaeffer. During the Camp White Oak raid carried out by the SHD, he was critically injured and left for dead by the Black Tusk. As elite JTF teams swept through the site, they found Carter holding on to life and decided to take him alive. Carter, feeling abandoned and angry at his former allegiance, was very cooperative during interrogation carried out by Manny Ortega and some of his top agents. It was noted during these interviews that Knife had a very loud personality, with a great sense of overconfidence and cockiness that would later be seen in his actions and combat by squad mates. After disavowing his Black Tusk past, he was inducted into the SHD program and made an official agent. Knife specializes in CQC situations and marksmanship, being a former Army Ranger before the Green Poison outbreak. He is currently stationed in Manhattan. He and Bardon Schaeffer have some animosity because of the past, but Knife has proven time and time again that he is a team player, and is grateful for his second chance.
Tag was a JTF member turned Division agent after the first wave was activated. Tag specializes in small unit tactics and strategic planning, being an ex-SWAT officer before the Green Poison outbreak. He has served the division loyally since he was inducted into the SHD, and was instrumental in removing the overwhelming Black Tusk influence in New York City.
