2011 f350 6.7 4wd rotor hitting caliper
What’s up boys I’m about at my wit’s end here so for backstory this is my buddy’s truck and we replaced the entire front end drag links, tie rod ends, ball joints, axle joints, both hub assemblies, backing plates, front rotors, pads, and the hub assemblies about two months ago and ever since he’s had a pretty gnarly high pitched squeal when turning right coming from the right front so it’s back in the shop to take the lift kit out so we decided to go after the noise while it was apart and everything looks ok except the right front caliper bracket is up against the rotor(pic1) and has a larger gap between the rotor and backing plate(pic 2) vs the other side (pic 3 and 4) we found the right front hub was pushing grease out so we replaced it and cleaned where it was sitting to bare metal(no change to issue) and I tried swapping the rotors (still no change) but if anyone has any ideas what could be causing this it would be appreciated as I’ve been working on these trucks for 5 years and have never ran into this and nothing I’m doing is helping
