I was walking to my door and a big ass cicada decided to fly into my face and freak me out at night. Since when do we have cicadas in LA?

I just found 3 in front of my door flying into walls and crunched them all when they fell on the floor.

Edit: false alarm… it’s a June BEETLE 🙂
