Draft Advice

I've been recently playing draft as it seems to be the best way to farm resources, and the nations don't seem balanced too well. I can only consistently get 7 wins with Germany, it performs the best on average when I play against it too.

Is this the case for others too, or am I just getting unlucky with other nation card picks?

Stockpiled lots of materials

I am wondering how should I best spend my resources. I've played for a few months now and started saving about 1.5 months ago since I already have a solid deck and enjoy playing draft nowadays.

Most of my packs are core, with a few Oceania. And most of my wildcards are limited and standard. Should I buy officer packs with my coins, or wait until we might get a big deal in the store for coins?
