So, it’s been a while since I posted here. I have been going through episode by episode with my beloved aunt Jess.

I am now entering the 11th season.

I have a question for you all. And forgive my French…

How many damn lapel brooches does she have? 🤣

I wanna say they may have started giving her a brooch every episode since season eight or nine. In each episode, as far as I could tell, is different?

I do recall in much earlier seasons, she would wear this certain necklace. It would be gold, be kind of chunky rectangles. But I could understand that because if it’s something Jessica loved to wear, she’d wear it regularly, so it made sense that the costumer would give it to her to wear.

So I’m into season 8 of watching Aunt Jess, and it’s funny to see them take on the topic of computers.

Keep in mind, this is 1991 we’re talking, and aunt Jess gets her first computer. It sorta reminded me how I needed to teach/help my real aunt! 😝

But there is something that sorta rubs me the wrong way with her splitting her time in New York and our beloved Cabot Cove. Not that I’m against it, and I understand why, just something off for me

And Jeff Sturges’ music. Nope. Not working for me. The music cues are just not right.

I certainly don’t remember if I had issues this back when I watched it live, but that’s where I’m thinking for now.

Last I looked, all 12 seasons (not including the movies) $24.99.

I’m thinking of a project and Would like to hear your options on a suitor for Jessica whom she has a love interest with someone from the series. Think basically 14 years after the 1st episode, all 12 seasons and 4 tv movies. (Ignoring the million books written) and no, she’d never marry Seth 😛

And yes, I’m fully aware of the thinking of Frank and what he meant to her, and that being independent makes her strong, but people change over time, too.

Still like ur ideas.
