Follow up to my Mushroom post
Well I cooked them with a light parsley sauce and they were delicious.
Odd thing though, the sofas keep singing a Whiter Shade of Pale to me. Weird. 🤣

I was always told never eat any mushrooms ever for you forage if you don't know what you're doing.
I definitely don't know what I'm doing.
That being said, I think these are chanterelle's.
I found them in a wood in Scotland.
Are they safe to eat? If they are, I really don't want to waste them.
