What is better E5 S1 or E4 S2?
My Cipher is currently on E4 S1. Should I safe for her E5/E6 or should I invest into her lightcone starting with S2 or possibly S3 (depending on when she's rerunning). I mostly put her in my Kafka, Hysilens and DHPT team. Outside of that my Acheron, Welt/Pela, and DHPT team has her too. I also put her in my The Herta, Anaxa and DHPT team.
