Potentially. What one appeared dead now has a second chance at life. The seemingly cancelled Disney film reboot of Inspector Gadget could return as sources indicate Will Ferrell is being eyed to be the Gadget, with prior collaborator Sean Anders (Daddy’s Home, Spirited) potentially directing the film. There have been no official reports yet so take this with a huge grain of salt. There is also no information on whether previous crew will be involved from the 2015-2019 Disney+ development.
