World cup merch delivered wrong
Need help
My world cup order got delivered to the wrong mailbox somehow. The mailbox it went to is kinda farm from my house and my address is correct in the website as I've ordered from cactus before with no issues.
What can I do? I've read online that I'm basically fucked.
I'm already emailed the carrier and cactus jack.
This really hurts, waited 4 months and paid $250 just to get screwed by a delivery driver.
