I finally get it, this is one of the greatest games ever!!!

I started playing this sekiro 2 weeks ago my only other souls game was dark souls 1 and 2 so this was definitely a step up in graphics and gameplay, I also played nine sols and really loved it so I was definitely excited seeing as that game is inspired from this, in the beginning I was frustrated a lot I wasn't used to parrying at all and I died ALOT I was getting killed by the normal enemies and I couldn't even kill the mini bosses I would always get stuck on them over and over I felt like I simply couldn't get good, the final straw was genichiro I fought hard and finally reached the first major wall in the game genichiro was genuinely hell I could barely get him past his first health bar I kept trying for almost 9 hours until I finally started getting it I slowly and consistently started reaching the lightning phase until I finally beat him and I was so proud and happy it felt like I was free it was incredible I still remember that fight in the end I almost got it hitless it was so relieving to finally kill that bastard but even after I still struggled a bit I was still dying to mini bosses until at some point I finally stopped playing this game like dark souls and started looking at it as a rythm game I looked at the enemies closely and parried but nothing felt as incredible as beating the guardian ape I also struggled with him almost 5 hours but after it was done that wasn't even the best part the best part was meeting him the second time and beating him first try oh it felt incredible I finally understood this game.

No other game ever has a combat as good as this wow truly incredible I'm currently in the ashina depths going to mibu town and I can confidently say Its a 10/10
