Issue with Purchasing my License
Hey everyone, I don't really use Reddit anymore, but I wanted to see if anyone could help me with an issue I have. I recently completed the hunter's ed, and I'm attempting to purchase my website on the CDFW website, but first, when I log in with my GO ID, it says, "No customer record was found using the search criteria provided," even though I have an account. So then I try to use my driver's license instead, but when I do this, it makes me create a new account and re-enter all my information (address, eye color, etc). So I entered all my information, and then it said, "This customer record does not have evidence of Hunter Education on file and cannot purchase hunting items. If you recently passed the California Hunter Education Course, your hunter education certificate number should automatically be added to your customer record after submission and system processing."
If anyone could help me, that would be great thanks.
