Hope everyone is enjoying their 4th! I have no plans so I've spent the day working on this lol. Sleek modern penthouse with plenty of outdoor space and 2 gardens. On the second floor, one side is for casual hanging out with a hot tub to relax in and the other side is for parties. Main floor has the pool and a covered BBQ area as well as the smaller garden to enjoy a drink or have a meal. The top floor is her bedroom suite with a private garden

Remodeled my yacht into a women's health and wellness retreat! There's 4 rooms with different themes- ocean shores, boho, jungle and zen. On one end is the public area with pool, hot tub, bay and matcha/tea bar. On the opposite end is the owners private suite with an outdoor area and a kitchenette. There's also a sauna and small workout room. The second floor has the lounge room that opens to an outdoor area to have drinks and coffee, a coffee shop, the kitchen and an outdoor dining area. The top level is for outdoor yoga and mediation sessions

I just recently purchased the empty white yacht. My real estate sign just suddenly popped up here and I can't place anything over it, not to mention it looks weird lol. Now, I also can't properly make rooms. When I go to extend a room, it creates a new room instead of extending it. Same with when I try to do the L shape room.

I purchased the psych hospital AH last week as I fell in love with the lot it's on. Just finished the inside of my witch and her daughters house. From the top floor, I made the daughters wing. She is a white witch so I made her area peaceful and serene. She's still a teen though so I gave her a gaming room lol. The 3rd floor is moms wing that also has her room where she makes her potions. The 2nd floor is the kitchen and dining room, living room, formal library and guest bathroom. And the first floor is the area where mom has her witchcraft store where she sells books, herbs, potions and small gifts. She also has a room for private tarot reading as well as an oddities room. The yard area isn't done yet but I'll post them when I'm done

I've been wanting to do a boba shop for awhile and was so excited when the drinks showed up in the store! This is my simple little boba shop

Lately I've been low key obsessed with the bright coastal Miami designs. I was looking for inspiration for another house and came across the Spear house aka the pink house. So i did my own version of it. I just went kinda wild and had fun with it. I actually love the wallpaper in moms bedroom and the living room!

A couple of rants... first off, why are these called "gaming chairs" when they never use them when playing games??? Secondly, why is there no options for preteens or even toddlers to play together? Like the basketball courts for preteens, you can only practice or have one player play for awhile. Why can't two of them play together? It would be a nice way for friends to hang out. The only option is the volleyball net in the pool. Toddlers can't even play together in the sand boxes. I think they should fix this so when toddlers and teens want to hang out, it's more than just sitting in the pool or playing video games. Even the ping pong table is only one person. The same with darts. I also think the action times should be much longer

Discovered a little glitch today. The regular counter is labeled corner and vice versa. I was so confused when I put down the regular one why it had the corner. Took me a minute to figure out what was going on

Does everyone else's fire trucks do this or am I just getting special treatment??

Decided to do something a little different and made a modern sky rise apt complex. Each floor has a different color scheme- black and white, chocolate, purple and neutral. The lobby has a waiting/hang out area, 3 grand fountains and a coffee shop which i designed as more of a lounge area than a regular shop plus the reception area where they can pick up their mail and such. Outdoors has a luxurious pool and hot tub, a bar area and a separate area to enjoy quiet conversations. In the basement there's a full gym.
