Please help identify my favorite plant 😅

This pothos started as a single sad leaf about to be thrown out that I “rescued” with absolutely zero knowledge on plants as it was my first lol. But I became determined to save it and long story short, she is thriving and I now have 13 additional beautiful plant babies, a new fulfilling hobby and a big dent in my Home Depot card 😅😂
Anyways, this was the one who started the journey and I love her dearly 😂
Every time I look a picture up, I get results saying Golden Pothos, but I have another golden that looks and feels nothing like this one.
The leaves are thick and glossy and it’s one thick stem (that I have successfully propagated and figured out how to wrap it around so she’s less bald lol)
I’ve also thought maybe a Jade pothos? But I read those don’t have variegated leaves and one of the leaves on mine is :/

Sorry for the long post (I don’t generally use Reddit or social media in general but I really want to know lol)

Two fused gills, is it normal?

We rescued Noodle about three years ago and I don’t remember ever noticing it before but two of his gills are fused together. He’s never had any kind of injury since we’ve had him and he’s always just been the most curious and happy little guy. Truly a water puppy. Has anyone else seen this or know if it’s normal? I don’t think it’s causing issues but not much luck finding info online.
