Vlebazaar is a scammer website

I bought a gaming mouse from vlebazaar website and when delivered it turned out a different and cheaper one. When i mailed them, they were like - we will pick up in 3 days and refund. Its been over month and i am mailing them every fourth day. Everytime same reply and the worst part is that the mouse is not even in working condition.
