Now that the new organizational structure is finalized, is there any real expectation that this will improve efficiency, or is it just another layer of corporate branding?

Given that the strategy is heavily borrowed from a company whose main product is basically just a music player, how is it expected to scale to the extreme physics and hardware complexity of EUV manufacturing?

Not sure what happened within the works council but I have the feeling that the union representatives did not have the smartest approach in this whole process.

Probably they were given some assurances about how the reorganization will be fulfilled so they can support the weak social plan. After this was voted these promises were bulldozed over.
