I've started a new job and realized its very toxic. What should be my next step now?

Context: I've been working in IT for almost 3 years now. This is my second job. My first job was also toxic and low paying. New job offered me a 70% hike. It is also very toxic. Working in customer support for 2 months now and the deadlines are insane. Managers are extremely toxic and love to micromanage everything. I know if I stay here for too long I'm gonna go crazy or even more depressed but the economy is real bad, I don't want to lose my health insurance. Due to recent layoffs across the IT industry I'm always worried about losing my job.
How long should i stay here? How to survive this job and what other industries or domains I can target that might be less toxic or pay well?

How to resolve bugs/user queries of Mendix application that I didn't develop?

Hi
I'm pretty new to IT and Mendix. currently I'm working as a support associate for a bunch of Mendix applications(5+). I was wondering how will i resolve issues in applications that I didn't develop.
What to do if I'm feeling completely clueless about the fix?
