My hopium huffing prediction for Campaign Evolved based on the July release rumor. Also, this Chief photo I edited in Gimp :3
I want to be clear, I am basing this off of the late July release rumor and I don't know jack. I'm just a dude with a prediction.
My hopium prediction: June, the Xbox showcase. I think we're going to get another trailer for Campaign Evolved that gives us the confirmed release date of late July, and then they're going to drop an updated and more polished Silent Cartographer demo for everyone to download and build up hype for it's full release.
It's Halo's 25th anniversary later this year, and they already have a Silent Cartographer demo. Everyone that attended the Halo Championship last year had a chance to play it. Halo Combat Evolved when it released had the Silent Cartographer available as a demo a little while after it's initial release.
This would be the perfect marketing strategy for Campaign Evolved in my opinion, one final trailer, and a level from the most polished recent build for everyone to play to spread by word of mouth.
