I want to experiment with coating some things with chocolate, but not $500 worth of interested. What's the best way to replicate the even coverage with what I have at home?

I couldn't figure out how to add artist credits on Card Conjurer, but the artists are Ken Harris, Phil Monroe, Ben Washam, and Lloyd Vaughan; the animators on the Looney Tunes short Fast and Furry-ous.
