Looking for advice Looking for a job opportunity in the Netherlands – Mechanical/Materials Engineering & Technical/Industrial roles

Hi everyone,
I’m 25 years old and currently looking for an opportunity to relocate to the Netherlands.
I have a Bachelor’s degree in Materials Engineering and practical experience in several technical and industrial roles, including:
Mechanical Engineering
CNC operation
Technical Writing
Electrical work / building automation
Mechanical maintenance and manufacturing
AutoCAD and technical documentation
I’m particularly interested in opportunities around Eindhoven, Veldhoven, Tilburg, Rotterdam or Amsterdam, especially in manufacturing, high-tech, semiconductor, mechanical assembly, maintenance, CNC or engineering.
I’m a non-EU citizen, so I would need a company that can support the required work permit/visa process. I’m aware that this makes the search more difficult, but I’m very motivated to relocate and build my career in the Netherlands.
I’ve already applied to several Dutch companies, including positions in the high-tech/manufacturing sector, but I’m looking for advice from people who are already working in the Netherlands.
Does anyone know companies, recruiters or job agencies that are open to hiring non-EU technical/engineering candidates?
Any advice, contacts or recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Application rejected after 2 months – no feedback

Hi everyone,
I interviewed for a High Tech Assembler – DUV position at ASML about two months ago.
I waited for almost two months because I was genuinely very interested in the position. Today I checked my application on the ASML Careers website and saw that it was rejected. I didn’t receive any email or feedback about the decision.
I already sent an email asking if they could provide me with some feedback, but I haven’t received a response.
For people working at ASML or familiar with the recruitment process:
Is this normal? Is there any way to contact the recruiter/hiring team and get feedback about the interview?
I would really appreciate any advice. Thanks!

ASML interview - 1 month and 10 days with no update. Is this normal?

Hi everyone,
I interviewed with ASML for a Technician position 1 month and 10 days ago. At the end of the interview, I was told that I would hear back by the end of that week, but I haven’t received any update.
About two weeks ago, I sent a polite follow-up email to two recruitment contacts, but I still haven’t received a reply.
Before my interview, I also received an email saying that ASML was experiencing a high volume of applications, so responses could take longer.
I have applied for more than five positions at ASML. Most of them are no longer active, but two applications are still marked as “Active” in the careers portal.
Has anyone experienced something similar? How long did you have to wait after your interview? Did you eventually receive an offer or a rejection?
Thank you for sharing your experience.
