So im pretty new to spray paint and i was spraying some parts of my model (hope this is the right place to ask btw) and they dried fast like really fast so that part was dried but I guess maybe the paper i put it on still had wet paint on it which it didnt seem so at first and when I went to pull it it made whatever this is on the top and im thinking if just flipping it on the other side since both sides are identical and I dont think anyone's going to notice but I really hope theres a solution to this cause I really dont want to ruin this model legit in kinda scared to paint the rest of it so if anyone knows how to do this and maybe give me some advice on how to paint it properly so I dont end up messing up this kit (also its an tamiya f14d tomcat)

For some reason each time i enter the site it says error 404 idk if its shut down cause efew days ago it did work from an incognito page not from my main account but now it won't work on anything and ive tried going on wayback machine on a recent date but I cant download anything and also for some games It said that they dont have a download available like ace combat 6 (us and jp) ,for some reason the eu one was still up. I saw a post saying its down for maintenance or something like that im not sure tho is the site in trouble or is it actually down? Please someone answer and I hope its up soon cause its my only trusted source cause other retro roms sites are very sketchy and vimmslair was the only good source I ever had i dont really need any disc except for the ac6 I mentioned before cause I cant put it on my stick and transfer it to my new PC for some reason🙏😔
