Siya Goyal may never be convicted even if Ujjwal Nikam is PP
It’s not that easy to come to conclusion that because CM has appointed mr Nikam as SPP, conviction will have n in this case.
Siya Goyal will walk out of jail very soon and may not fully be convicted for Murder. Though she may be convicted for conspiracy and other allied sections to murder!
Unless an eye witness appears and claims that he has seen either of the accused pushed ketan, till then law will assume that ketan fell off.
