Can we have sexual activities during 10+ days prolonged water fasting

Hi guys. Does have any data regarding masturbating or sexual activities during a long fast. Can it be dangerous or no?

Can we take black seed oil during prolonged water fasting?

Hi All. I'm on day 7 and I am having gum pain due to a mild bacterial infection after RCT, i know taking antibiotics during prolonged fasting is not good. But should i try back seed oil as i heard it reduces the inflammation?
