was this esl company too defensive or was i rude?
i was applying to this esl company that's been blowing up on tiktok, and while i understand there's been a surge of applicants, their application process took about three weeks. i was scheduled for a demo on the first of july, and i was told i'd be informed of the results the next day, but i didn't hear anything until i followed up and got a response saying i passed the demo. the rate i got is ₱90/1.47 USD per hour, but i don't exactly know what i'm supposed to do because different esl companies have different regulations and requirements. they haven’t replied yet :/
